Brass monkey Builder

This Brass Monkey builder is designed to help pole athletes build strength , control and confidence needed to achieve a strong brass monkey. This program focuses on developing your upper body pull strength, core stability , and grip along with the control required to stack and hold into position safely. Through targeted conditioning and progressive drills, you'll build the strength and body awareness needed to make your brass monkey more stable , controlled and effortless on the pole.
